Suggest a place for the guide

If you know somewhere that takes dogs and it is not in here, send it through. Every suggestion is checked against a public source before it becomes an entry.

Checking whether you are signed in.

Sign in to send a place

A suggestion is attached to your account, so we can come back to you if a rule needs confirming before the entry goes in. It also keeps the form from filling with rubbish overnight, which is the plainer reason.

Signing in is a six digit code sent to your email address. There is no password to remember, and nothing to pay.

That is in the queue

Thank you. The next step is ours: finding the council page, park page or venue page that states the dog rules, and reading it. If the policy can be confirmed, the place becomes an entry with those sources and the date attached. If it cannot, it stays out.

That is not a fast process, and no news is not bad news.

Back to the map

What it is called on the sign, or on the map.

If it has one. A trailhead or a stretch of sand often does not.

Coordinates Optional

Leave these blank if you are not sure, and most people should. If you have dropped a pin in a map app, paste the two numbers it gives you.

On lead, off lead, the hours, the seasons, the parts that are out of bounds. If you read it on a sign or a council page, say which.

The venue's own site, or better, the council or park page that states the rule. This is the single most useful thing you can give us.

Water, shade, fencing, parking, the size of dog it suits, or why you think it belongs in the guide.

Nothing is published until it has been checked.
